President Tinubu appoints new governing board, administration for FERMA

President Bola Tinubu has authorised the appointment of the Governing Board and administration group of the Federal Roads protection company, FERMA, for a renewable time period of 4 years.

The appointment is in accordance with area 2(3) of the FERMA amendment Act, 2007.

"President Tinubu expects the brand new appointees to obtain integrous and able carrier beginning, given the central role that the establishment will play within the sustainable health of boom-enabling infrastructure nationwide," the observation noted.

The President had prior authorized the appointment of latest Chief govt Officers, CEOs, of several companies and parastatals under the Federal Ministry of industry, trade, and investment.
